GitPM - Package Manager for GitHub

This software is only for Linux. If you are running this on Windows you will get many errors.

Optimiziation

Create for your repository on GitHub a file named install.sh and remove.sh (for installing and removing your package)

GitPM does the rest for you.

Help

Help:

gitpm -h
or
gitpm help

Installing packages (run as root):

gitpm install Username/Repo

Removing packages (run as root):

gitpm remove Username/Repo

How to install?

Just run the install.sh with

chmod 755 install.sh
sudo ./install.sh

Which distros are supported?

GitPM itself runs under every distro. You just need an extra repository on GitHub for each distro, because they have different package managers, init daemons etc.
